The legal limit for window is as stands:  The front windscreen must let at least 75% of light through and the front side windows must let at least 70% of light through. There is currently no legal requirements/limits that apply to rear windows on any vehicle.


Any electric/rolldown window must not be rolled down within 3 days of film application, likewise, any cleaning products must be avoided when wiping down newly tinted windows for at least 2 weeks. During the curing process, the window may look streaky or milky, this is perfectly normal and once the film has fully cured the appearance will seem as though it is factory tinted.


Most of our films have a standard 10 year manufacturer's warranty and several come with a lifetime warranty.


No, the function of the defroster will not be affected.
